Signing on
JN to chase up signing on fee’s to players who have filled out forms. These players are –

Number of players need to sign on in time for season start, JN to sign these players on.
No players will play unless signed on- AR

Changing Rooms
So far-
Cleaned out changing rooms disposed of a lot of the rubbish and unwanted items. The remainder of unwanted items will be disposed of before the start of the season. Strimmed away long grass around the changing rooms.


Remaining chairs will be sorted through and the chairs in good condition will be kept for possible spectators.

Carry out improvements to changing rooms- NC to supply materials ready for the weekend of the 12/08/06. We will meet at the ground for 9.30 am.

Pitch Ground
Goal posts need rubbing back and repainted, for this we will need wire brush/paint stripper.

Pitch marker needed
Creosote also need to eliminated the rabbits from our pitch.


Web Site
Start taking the camera out with us when we play games, or go out on nights out, so that TG can update the web site.

Mission statement needed from manager AR and treasurer NC- to then go on the web site

· Re-fills for line marker estimated value £5.00 each
· Match Balls estimated value £20.00 each
· Black Socks; X5 Estimated value £3.00 each
· Good ball pump estimated value £ 10.00
· Creosote 1 gallon estimated value £20.00
· White board – get from the car boot sale.
