The LPCA, otherwise known as Leigh Park Community Association, is a local voluntary community group working to improve facilities which affect both younger and older people alike within Westbury and surrounding villages.
The function of the group, amongst many other things is to raise the necessary funds to enable the build, completion, furnishing and ongoing maintenance and development of a much needed community hall, nursery and potential youth club.
