Marine Shell Collecting

The "Ok Diving Shell Collecting Club" is run by Swindon's leading authority on tropical sea shells, Ian Purvis.
Ian has been collecting shells since 1962 and has built up a large collection from around the world while SCUBA Diving.
A large library of shell books helps with identification.
The aims of the club are to further interest in collecting and identifying shells, exchanging shells and communicating with other collectors around the world.
Talks to interested groups or organisations can be arranged using part of the collection to illustrate the talk.
