OPTIONS PLUS

Options Plus is one of 44 centres in the Country and is a member of the Disabled Living Centre's Council. It is a registered charity and relies on funding from local Social Services and Primary Healthcare Trusts along with in-house fundraising.
We offer advice, information and assessment to people with a disability, their carers and local health care professionals.
At our premises in Stratton Road, Swindon, we have a level access assessment area where we have replicated a house. We have a seating area, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and mobility area, with over 400 peices of equiqment.
Appointments are necessary for equipment viewing and assessment. No formal referral is necessary, anyone in our catchment area can ring and book an appointment to see the Occupational Therapist. At the assessment you will have the opportunity to discuss your difficulty, gain practical advice and try equipment. After the assessment we will provide you with literature, prices and lists of local or national retailers.
Our service is independent and unbiased. We DO NOT SELL, LOAN OR HIRE equipment, but will give advice on where it can be acquired.
