So what do you think of Dog Fouling

I've lived in Westbury for 13 years and am also a Dog owner who picks up after my Dog has had a number 2 on the grass as this is the responsible thing to do. I've wrote letters in the White Horse News and seen Dog Owners after them openly allow their dogs to foul the pavements and grass near them. Some of the dog owners who do pick up the dog poo in a bag but then leave the bag on the floor or just fling it in a hedge or grass. This type of behaviour is not on in this day and age as there are a few dog bins around Westbury that have not been set on fire or trashed, whats wrong with taking the dog poo bag home and putting it into your black bin like I do. The message is simple if you don't want to pick the dog poo up then don't have a dog.....if you want something to think about just for one second think about the health and hygiene implications with young children and other people at risk, would you want your child to go blind just because someone else would not pick up after their Dog ?
