Pickwick Theatre Company Previous Plays (to 2001)
Founded in June 1994, members Charles Garrett, Jeff Hughes and Baranie Millais created the company as a pastime, whilst out of work, offering their acting skills for training and role plays, and rehearsing a number of 1 act plays. Eventually this effort culminated in the entry of a play by the name of "The Invisible Man" into the 1995 Malmesbury Play Festival; an effort which proved to be a winner!
Since those early days the group has grown to a membership of 15+, but the emphasis continues to be towards small, challenging and high quality productions and also striving to enter annually in local festivals, and write and perform new works. |
