Where have all the Batsmen gone?

It is with great sadness that I have to ask the question! Matt Dawson did it following the greatest win in the history of the British and Irish Lions...management was attacked. so I shall begin... Where have all the batsmen gone? Apart from the old chap, happy 50th birthday Jay, there doesn't appear to be anyone capable of hitting any runs. There are two outstanding members of the RP's who don't even get a chance to bat, this seems to happen every single week. They have the right kind of attitude, good form and above all great assetts for the game. Lets give Kel and Jack the backing they deserve. Make the German do the Tea,(as long as it's Hellmanns), he's out quickly enough these days anyway, good strike rate though. My last point is there are not enough Donkeys left to bat when I occupy the crease, just a couple of muppets who hit 4's & 6's every ball...what every happen to playing like Chris Tavere. I can get 20* off 100 balls every week. AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.. Enough said Skip
