Where: Greek Orthodox Church of St John Chrysostom, Bentham Lane, Bentham, nr Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL51 4U

The Holy Liturgy will be followed by refreshments and Russian and Ukrainian food where you will get the chance to meet with old friends and, we hope, make new ones. Russian language newspapers will be available free and icons and other religious items will be on sale. There will be a focus on Ukrainian cuisine at the lunch following the Liturgy.

During May the Holy Kursk-Root Icon of the Mother of God - which is one of the most famous icons in Orthodoxy and travels continuously around the world - will be making a visit to the UK 9- 16 May. The provisional schedule in English and Russian is available here:
