(v) teaching about racial equality.
4 support our staff, by:
(i) helping them to develop their professional ability
(ii) encouraging initiative
(iii) encouraging them to be creative when adapting to their pupils’ needs
(iv) listening to their views and concerns
(v) providing a stimulating and happy workplace.
5 teach the children about Christianity, by:
(i) personal example
(ii) holding a daily act of worship together
(iii) teaching about Christianity and other faiths in RE lessons
(iv) holding events in church.
6 introduce the children to the community of Marlborough, by:
(i) inviting people into the school
(ii) organising visits
(iii) participating in local events
(iv) teaching about the history of the town.
