Swindon Cricket Club run four Saturday sides and two Sunday sides, and are in the process of trying to establish a ladies section.

The 2002 season was a bit of a curate's egg for the first eleven but they did stay up and the Club can now look to build a promotion challenge in the next couple of seasons. The second eleven brought in a lot of young blood and still stayed at or near the top of their division all year. Meanwhile the three's had an enjoyable time being pipped at the finish just missing out on their third successive promotion. The fourths were challenging for their own title at the mid-way point but then slipped badly as player unavailability throughout the Club weakened the side.

In 2001 our Saturday first team somehow managed to get themselves demoted from the Western Premier Two Division, having just missed out on promotion the year before. Our second team finished third in their division, our third team were top of theirs and got promoted to Wiltshire League Division 3. The fourth team finished in mid-table which was admirable for another young squad.
