FIRST CLAIM Members Records

To be eligible as a First Claim members record the claim must be made in respect of a time recorded in an CTT affliated event listed in the CTT handbook within 12 complete months of becoming a club member, not counting November, December, January and February although times recorded in these months will be accepted as records.Claims must be received within 30 days of the date of the event in which the record was established.Separate categories will be maintained for Members and Household members, separating Ladies and Gentlemen. Household members have an H as part of their membership number.

The 12 month restriction exists as it is TeamHummingbird policy to encourage members to join their local cycling club and so that new members do have the opportunity to set a record without having to compete against a time set by a much more experienced cyclist.
