About the Orchestra

The Orchestra was founded, and gave its first concert, in 1923.
Now it presents three concerts in each season: in November (Trowbridge Civic Hall), March (Wiltshire Music Centre, Bradford-on-Avon) and June (Holy Trinity Church, Trowbridge).
Rehearsals take place at Walwayne Court School, Brook Road, Trowbridge on every Wednesday evening in School Terms. Rehearsals commence at 7.15 p.m. and finish at 9.15 p.m.
The Orchestra's next concert will take place on Saturday 14 November 2009, at the Civic Hall, Trowbridge, commencing at 7.30 p.m.
The Orchestra is led by Carmen Mirza and conducted by David Price
