About the Orchestra

The Orchestra was founded in November 1923 and gave its first concert in March 1924.
Now it presents three concerts in each season: in November (Holy Trinity Church, Trowbridge) in March (Wiltshire Music Centre, Bradford-on-Avon) and in June (Holy Trinity Church, Trowbridge).
Rehearsals take place at Walwayne Court School, Brook Road, Trowbridge on every Wednesday evening in School Terms. Rehearsals commence at 7.15 p.m. and finish at 9.15 p.m.
The Orchestra's next concert will take place on Saturday 1 December 2012 at Holy Trinity Church, Trowbridge commencing at 7.30 p.m. (details on a following page)
