Wiltshire Blind Association is a NON Government funded registered charity based in Devizes, covering the whole of Wiltshire. In fact WBA is the only charity dedicated to people with a serious sight problem in Wiltshire
Sight loss can effect anyone at any time - its not just an old person thing! If you wear glasses or contact lenses ask youself how you felt when you sat on them, broke them or lost them...remember that sinking feeling? Yeh you do! Right there in the pit of your tummy. Until you had a replacement, could you drive? could you use your computer? could you read medicine lables? or even the newspaper?
No? Well welcome to the world of over 2.5 thousand people who have a serious sight problem living in Wiltshire.We need money... to fund our many services currently available and fundraising is how we can acheive this.
