Our 2008/9 Premier Division ('A' Team) Players

Doug was a key member of the 2007/8 'B' Team helping to gain promotion to the 1st Division; Dave is the 'A' Team Captain and Nigel is current Club Open Singles Champion. Billy Ho, of Hong Kong, a student at Warminster School and Brian Wilde, Club Chairman, complete the Premiership Team. |

Billy Ho
Billy won the Wiltshire Junior Under 18 section at the recent Wiltshire Table Tennis Association’s 2008/9 ranking tournament. Billy, only just 17, played a total of 9 matches loosing only 2 games for a total of 321 points won and only 157 against. With matches being decided on the best of 5 games, Billy’s dominance was reflected in being taken to 4 games in only two matches. As the top-ranked Wiltshire Junior Billy will represent the County in its junior league matches throughout the coming season as well as continuing to represent the Warminster Table Tennis Club in the Premier Division of the West Wilts Table Tennis League. |

 This season's 'B' Team comprises brothers Ian and Mark Wilmore, both returning to the Club after an absence of a few seasons, new 'signing' Alan Maidment and Terry Early, one of Dave's two sons.
