Camp 2000: Dawlish, Devon

Summer Camp was held this year at Dawlish, in Devon. An excellent time was had by all. The weather was great and the fellowship excellent. The two tents competed well and took the Tug-o-War Trophy as well as the Cricket cup. Everyone was particularly pleased that Robert Style’s tent took the premier Trophy the “Tom Warley Shield”. This is given to the team with the best all round performance based on points for participation, jankers, tent inspection and so on. Interestingly Chris Burr’s tent took second place only one point behind Rob. Well done to everyone. Next year camp will be at Swanage from 29 July to 6 August. Below are the Malvern contingent, displaying their success.
