Another semi final

After the short trip to Littleton, Archdales found themselves in a battle to get to the semi finals of the Worcestershire County Cup.
 The Dales started brightly but could not convert their chances. With Beck and Tafft misssing oppertunities. However the Dales defence stood strong and kept Littleton to a few chances. Dale wre dissapointed to go in at half time level at 0-0.
 The second half continued as the 1st had finshed with Dales on top and after the 52nd minute Player of the month Gordie Beauchamp fired The Dales in to the lead with a rassping drive at the near post.
 almost straight away litttleton Scored to make it 1-1. after some sloppy defending for the first time in the game.
 Archdales then stepped up a gear but their finishing was letting thenm Down with Tafft missing three in the space of fifteen minutes.
With extra time looming the young Sam green made another darting run down the right flank and pulled the ball back to Tafft. Who's first time volley was well saved the ball then fell to Beauchamp who,s effort was also saved by the 'keeper. Final the ball was slotted home by Beck from a least two yards.
 After 2 minutes of injury time the final whistle went and The Dales went through to Semi finals for the first time since 1982, where they will play hanley swan Away.
