For the social member

Not everyone wants to play bowls, but many are looking for a place where they can relax and enjoy the friendship. Barbourne has a licensed clubhouse and regular social events.

During the summer season, the comfortable clubhouse is open most evenings and there are barbecues, quiz nights, bingo, dominoes and a whole range of other events. Many of our members bring their whole family along and this is the friendly atmosphere that typifies the club.

Many of our social members have gone on to try bowling and are now playing along with the rest of us.
