iwon't be the helpless receiver of care
i won't be the hero to be aspired to
i won't sit back and accept the crumbs politicians throw
i won't say never mind they don't know
i will establish my equality
i will have choice, control, authority
i will have charge of my own life
and pride in who iam  amd what ido
 i know that my exclusion can be challenged
changed
things can be rearranged
so that no more will i be
more of a secon class citizen
than any one else in this society we all share
