Thurs 28th: 8.45pm Free Quiz at Meadow Farm
Fri 29th: Drinks at the Galton Arms in Himbleton, from 7pm. There will also be atiny little 2 mile walk from the same place for anyone who wants one. Even in the dark if necessary. Ken.
Sat 30th: 6.30pm BBQ at Lyn Maders in Redditch. Bring the sun, food and something to drink. Call Lyn for directions.

Sun 31st: 11.00am (by the Severn) walk from Ombersley with Sandra. 5-6 miles mainly flat with 2 pubs. Sandra

Mon 1st: 8.45 Join the ‘Friends’ team (twice winners last month) for another weekly quiz at the Foxlydiate Pub.

Wed 3rd: 7.30pm join Ruby and Andrew at the Tardebigge Pub for a meal. Ruby

Thurs 4th: This is week one of a 6 week Divorce Recovery Workshop at the Baptist Church, 42 Evesham Rd, Cookhill. (2 hour sessions - suitable for everyone even if they have been divorced for many years). Cost £35 including refreshments. More info on www.drw.org.uk. Sun 7th: 11.00am Meet Deb at Earlswood Lakes Craft Centre, Wood Lane, Earlswood to walk round the Maize Maze. Cost is £5 although there maybe a discount if more than 10 of us. Deb

Fri 12th: See ‘Daylight Robbery’ with Ruth at Rubery Cinema at around 8pm. Ring or text Ruth to confirm the meeting time a couple of days before.

Sat 13th: 11am a short, almost completely flat bike ride from Northfield to Cannon Hill Park in Birmingham. Almost completely off road as well. 5.5 miles each way with a picnic stop in the park if you can get one there – if not, there’s always the tea shop! Ken

Sun 21st: 11.00am meet at Tardebigge Cricket Club with something to burn for a BBQ and ready for a rounders match. Drinks will be available from the bar. (In the event of inclement weather, bring a plate of food instead and we’ll organise some indoor games). Ring Ruth or Deb

Sun 28th: Join Ralph at Dudley Canal Festival, Peartree Lane, Dudley (free entrance) 10am -5pm Trade stands, historic boats, vintage classic cars, steam engines, duck race, boat and tunnel trips, beer tent, craft stalls, catering facilities, fairground, organ, Sandwell model boat club.

Sun 28th: 8.00pm Join Deb and Steve at the Bowling Green, Stoke Prior for the monthly folk night.
