I worked at Malvern garage as a fitter and then Worcester garage as a Driver and then moved to Eastbourne East Sussex but I have never lost interest in Midland Red. I have many Models, Photographs, Books and Timetables in the plastic folders

Wessex Transport Society's fourth 'Festival Of Transport'.
Avon Heath Country Park, A31, Near Ringwood, Hants.
Avon Heath Country Park has woodland walks, the Avon Forest Café, picnic areas and excellent facilities. Past and present transport vehicles will gather here including static displays of buses, commercial vehicles, cars and motorcycles. New and vintage buses will operate scheduled public services to scenic and transport related destinations.
Both admission and bus services are free.
Supported by Go-Ahead Wilts & Dorset
Programme by post: £3.00 include size A5 stamped sae.
Continuous shuttle buses will operate from large Ringwood car parks and feeder services will be available.

Did you sell 62 and if so who is the new owner. It would be nice to see her again n Stratford, what about the Yesteryear Busfest over the weekend of 23-24 July on the Racecourse.

I must also mention 5919-I have been browsing through the BMMO pictures and found 5919 on the X91 run in 1987. I am sat by the chap looking out of the window-a mate of Robin Peart's.

I am a former member of the society now living off the Hallow Road. Occasionally I have seen 5479 and 5901 passing;It's great to see they are in superb condition. Keep up the good work,lads!
