Where We Meet

Kidderminster & District Amateur Radio Society meets at 8.00pm on the first Tuesday of every month at Brintons Chain Wire Club, Zortech Avenue, Oldington, Kidderminster DY11 7DY.

From Kidderminster Town Centre, follow the signs for Stourport on Severn and head out on the main Stourport Road. Pass the old British Sugar factory on your left and take the right-hand lane as you approach the second set of traffic lights. Take the slip road and turn right into Walter Nash Road, then after about 200 yards turn left at the "Golf Centre" sign into Zortech Avenue. Keep going, don't turn into the Golf Centre but dog-leg to the left past the white metal gate, and follow the signs to the Brintons Chain Wire Club. Visitors with large mobile antennas on their vehicles should look out for the height restriction which is sometimes in place across the car park entrance!

If any licenced amateurs require talk-in, please contact any member of the Committee (see our main web site for details) or telephone 01299 403025 before 7.00pm on the night of the meeting. Users of MultiMap can search using the postcode, but please note that the 'ring' on the aerial photo shows the location of the administrative offices, not the Club itself. The Club is the smaller building slightly to the south of the large factory.

We no longer meet at the Sutton Arms.
