Information on Little Oaks Childrens Club

'Little Oaks' is a parent run group which meets every Saturday from
11.00am-1.00pm at 50, Providence Road, Bromsgrove, B61 8EF
The aim of our club is to provide enoyable activities for children with additional needs and their siblings within a safe environment. Our club provides an opportunity for parents to relax, chat and exchange views and experiences with other parents in similar circumstances, whilst thir children play together and enjoy various activities.

We have separate playrooms with plenty of toys to suit all ages, music, a playstation and craft activities including painting and cookery. We also have a secure outdoor play area with bikes and outdoor play equipment. During the year we arrange outings to local parks, farms and activity centres. To add to the children's enjoyment we also hold Easter, summer and Christmas parties which usually include a bouncy castle, games and party food.
A group co-ordinator plans and sets up the play environment at Little Oaks and organises the outings. There is a committee of chairperson, secretary and treasurer and suggestions for activities and future outings are always welcome from parents.
We are totally self funded organisation so there is a charge of £1.50 per child and parents are requested to make a contribution towards the cost of drinks. The children are the responsibility of their parents for the duration of the session.
We hold various fund raising activities throughout the year to raise funds to suport our group.
