All about us
We are a friendly and sociable group who run together for company and mutual encouragement and as long as you can manage to run 9 to 10 minute miles then you will fit in as no-one is left behind to run alone. (There is always the challenge of keeping up with our faster runners as well!)
We run each week, whatever the weather conditions and are always ready to welcome new members. Have a look at our Races and Reports page and our Weds Running Reports page which tell you what we've been doing.

Christmas Jogging Social
 | During the darker winter months when we have limited routes around the streets of Malvern, we always seem to pass Café Zams Zams on the final stretch back to the Splash. The aroma is always too much! However, last night we chose to do it the other way around.
The very short route took us directly to Zams Zams and we forgot all about any running this particular Wednesday, as it was the night chosen for our Christmas social.
And a good night it was too! Most runners from the group were there, 20 in all and the conversation flowed as easily as the liquid refreshment!
