What is North Worcestershire DIAL ?

North Worcestershire DIAL is a registered charity, established in 1988, whose aim is to provide support for disabled people, their carers, families, & friends, in the North Worcestershire area. We aim to enable people to make informed decisions about issues affecting their own lives through the provision of a free, confidential, information & advice service.

We also offer a form-filling service: people with disability benefit forms to complete can contact us for an appointment with one of our volunteer advisers, who will help them complete the benefit form.

Are You Getting The Benefits You're Entitled To ?

Disabled people & carers are able to claim for a wide range of benefits, such as Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance, Carers Allowance, Incapacity Benefit, etc.

To find out if you are getting all the benefits to which you're entitled, either email or telephone us (freephone 0800 970 7202) to make an appointment to see one of our advisers. Our advisers will check that you're receiving all the benefits you're entitled to.
