Mediaeval Fayre in St John's on September 8th 2001
The popular Mediaeval Fayre, now in its ninth year, is being run again by St John's Church, with the help of the Traders' and Residents' Association. Entertainment, games, refreshments and all the fun of the fair outdoors, and musical performances and displays inside the church.
As always, the idea of the Fayre is for everyone to come together and enjoy a community event with the opportunity for schools, charities, organisations, churches and so to raise money and advertise themselves -- and all just for the cost of renting a substantial stall and/or space. In addition, the Fayre provides publicity in the press and elsewhere to ensure a good attendance.
If you are interested in renting a stall or offering help, please contact the Fayre Co-ordinator, Mr Ron Cantrill, on 01905 422579 (or mobile 07941 905933), or the Parish Office (see web page). |
