WORCESTER CITY CHESS CLUB - Welcome!

Hello and welcome to the community website of the historic Worcester City Chess Club, founded in 1837. Throughout the chess season (September to April) we meet on Thursday evenings, 7.15 to 10.30 at St. Stephen's Church Hall, Barbourne, Worcester WR3 7HS. The club is affiliated to the Worcestershire Chess Association, competing in the Worcestershire County League and Worcester and District Leagues against teams from around the region. The club also holds internal tournaments throughout the season.
