Combined Ball & Bennett Cup competition

At the League AGM it was resolved to incorporate the Bennett Cup in the league individual knock-out competition.

All WDCL knock-out competition entries would initially be for the Bennett Cup. Those entrants eliminated in the first round other than by default would then be entered in the Ball Cup.

Seeding will take place for the first round. This will hopefully fit in with the original basis for the 2 cup competitions, namely that of the Bennett being open and the Ball being an under-130 competition.
