No club handicap racing for the last few weeks but plenty of practice/training with run ups and getting the dogs ready for the BWRA Bend Championships and the BWRA Puppy/Yearling Championships.

Congratulations go to Pauline, Nick & Toria with Roo (Demonic Love) getting runner up in the No Limit Class at the Bend Championships, and to Mirrel and Sophie with Rio (Electric Glory) getting runner up in the No Limit Yearling class at the BWRA Puppy/Yearling Championships. Well done all, the miles you all travel deserve a medal!


Club handicap on Sunday 13th April 08 was over 170 yards and the winner was a youngster who was unlucky at the puppy championships but has been improving week by week, namely Bethany & Lyndon Gilbert's "Darlow Dart" well done Baby.

Heat one winner was Darlow Dart 24-2, second was another new comer to Worcester Just A Double 14-2 owner by Stuart Thomasson, (who has come back into racing after a few years break)

Heat two saw a winner for Kim & Mick Duffy's Sky High 32 and second place went to Bethany & Lyndon's other racer, Darlo Delight 24-2.

Scratch Racing next with his first race at Worcester this year the winner was Pauline, Nick & Torias Demonic Love (showing he can box at a club meeting where it doesn't matter so much!) second was Kim & Micks youngster Moonwalker and third Nick & Maria's Choose Me, again only a yearling who seems to now have got his racing head together. Go Brock GO GO GO.....

Handicap final next with the winner being Darlo Dart 22, second was Just A Double 12, third Darlo Delight 22 and 4th was Sky High who was withdrawn from the final.

Thanks to Kev for doing the lure and the traps NO not at the same time! and Congratulations to his and George's Demi (Gimmick) who has just produced a lovely litter of 5 bitches to Just Friends. Well done to all concerned, a few champs in the making?
