If proof were needed that we were all lacking sleep over camp, surely these quotes show it:
Whilst orienteering in the Forest of Dean, one team was told 'We're looking for a tree!'
Whilst rock climbing someone was heard to complain 'There's a rock in the way!'
Lacking phone signal in the bottom of a valley, and being forced to resort to payphones, one Young Firefighter asked 'Do I have to put money in the payphone?!'
After arriving at the log cabin, and seeing it for the first time an instructor was asked 'Is the log cabin made out of real wood?!'
Being situated on the banks of the River Wye, one of the girls said 'I didn't realise we were kayaking on the river!'
It's a great relief to know that we only hear phrases like this on camp, we are glad to know it's not catching either!
