Welcome to our web site.

All Saints' is the parish church of Rufforth, which is a small village to the west of York. It is on the B1224 road from Wetherby to York.

If you are in the area you will be very welcome if you come to visit or come to our Sunday service. Specific details can be found on the service page or on the notice board outside the church.

It is in decorated Gothic style of architecture with accomodation for 120 congregation. The building externally is of Killinghall stone with Whitbystone dressings. Internally, suitable stone from the old church has been used. The two Norman doorways from the old church, one from the congregation and one for the priest, were preserved and refitted in the new church. The interior underside of the roof is of oak, barrel vaulted with carved bosses and carved figures. The Architects were Messres. Domaine and Brierley of York. The church is a grade II listed building.A major maintenance and refurbisment programme was undertaken in 1998.
