New Courts!

A crane shot of the M1? No - it's Bish Tennis Club! We're looking a little less like Wimbledon just for the moment. The good news is that the Court resurfacing has been done, and it's all looking very smooth and level. However, we're not going to have the Courts re-painted YET in the rather smart two-tone green that has been the signature of Bishopthorpe Tennis Club. That is going to have to wait now until next Spring and less damp weather. But we DO have temporary Court lines over the tarmac which will suffice until next March or April. So, if you're just looking for a 'middle-of-the-road' Tennis Club - then come to Bish, because at the moment - our Courts look just like.... But it's just until the Spring, when we'll be all shiny and Wimbledon green again. You're welcome to join in on a couple of sessions to see if we're what you're looking for.
