My family came to Canada from Scotland about 1883 when my great-grandfather, Thomas Bradshaw arrived in Manitoba after delivering Clydesdales from Scotland. He is supposed to have brought over this type of horse 8-9 times before staying in Canada. He married Ellen Elizabeth Goring at Hillview Manitoba in 1896. dat Oatlands Park, Surrey, England.
