Have Fun and Days away competing in Disco Dance Competitions
Our Club meets every Friday at the 68 Centre,Barfield Road York. 5-00pm to 6-30pm (extra practices onced placed in a team)
We are a voluntary run disco dance club founded in 1993.
Our aim is to provide a dance club for children and young people between the age of 8 to 21 who have had no proffessional training. Members are given the chance to develope and gain confidence in their own time with no pressure.
When members feel comfortable they are placed in an aged related team of four to ten dancers and trained by dance leaders to take part in inter-youth competitions. members are also then encouraged to perform solo's, pairs and trio's to gain more confidence.
Dancers are also encouraged along with their parents to help raise funds for the club.
We host our own two day competition on the East coast each year
