Milestone for Craig

Former junior Pike Craig Short joined an elite band of professional players on December 28th when he clocked up 500 league apperances playing for Blackburn Rovers against West Ham.

The former pupil at Lady Lumleys School joined Scarborough F.C. in 1986 after breaking into the Pickering 1st team. Craig first played for the juniors at the age of 10.

Among his other clubs are Notts. County, Derby County and Everton.
