(1926) I recently bought an OHMS cover sent from Rabaul on 12 June 1926, to Frank E Hadley in Detroit, Michigan. The cover is registered and bears the 6d "Huts" stamp overprinted O S. On the back is this post office seal inscribed "POST OFFICE" and "RABAUL" with two stars and large crown. I have not seen this before and wonder if anyone elase has come across it. Here's the front of this cover The Registration mark is Type "A" - Ref No. 6.
