I think this is the second recorded example. The cds consists of two concentric circles of 42mm and 30mm diameter, inscribed "NAMATANAI" / "NEW IRELAND DISTRICT" with circular stops before and after the town name. The only recorded date for this item is 23 or 28 Sept 1933.
