Formerly known as the YORK POSTAL A.C, the club went through a bit of a transformation, and in 2002 we became the YORK POSTAL HARRIERS.
This year the club is involved in the YORK & DISTRICT SUMMER LEAGUE.
Membership is £10 for the year, and includes a FREE club vest. The club welcomes new members of all abilities including non postal workers.
We meet at 6.45 pm every WEDNESDAY evening for training at the MINSTER INN, MARYGATE.
Why exercise? The positive effects of regular physical exercise on health are widely recognized. It decreases your risk of heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and other diseases. It helps control weight, maintain healthy bones, muscles and joints and lifts your spirits.
