MEMBERS PRESENT:

PRESENTATION NIGHT:
The presentation night will now be held in JANUARY 2004.

MERIT LEAGUE:
It was decided that the merit league would not be adopted for next year due to the difficulty in running it.
If anyone has any ideas for a simpler format to replace it please bring them along to a future meeting.

ELECTION OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS:
It was decided that the election should take place at the end of January 2004.
As the annual subscriptions are due in January, the members present decided that the best time to hold the election is once subs have been paid and only paid up members would receive a vote.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION 2004:
The annual subscription for 2004 will be £10 per member. The same as last year.

CLUB RUNS:
Nominations for club runs were once again brought up.
This is a very good idea, but never seems to ever get off the ground.
If anybody has any ideas please bring them to a future meeting.
