River Foss.
Right Hand Bank.
Strensall.

Approximately 1500 yards, upstream from the road bridge to the noticeboard.

Towthorpe.
MOW.
Both right hand and left hand banks from Towthorpe Bridge to Newstone bridge.
Parking for both, neatly at road side.

River Rye.
Right Hand Bank.
Newsham Bridge.
DTW
From Newsham Bridge, upstream to where stream enters from left, and approximately half a mile up that stream.
Section between Wath Beck and Brawby not availble to York members.
From Newsham Bridge downstream for approximately one mile.
Left Hand Bank.
DTW
Field from the bridge to the House, upstream of Newsham Bridge.
From Newsham Bridge downstream to first fence.
Parking. Upstream right hand bank, through gate at field entrance to left of bridge, then drive to selected peg.
Upstream left hand bank, park on grass over the bridge.
Downstream left hand bank, park on grass over bridge.
Downstream right hand bank, take track on right just before the bridge and park very neatly in the stackyard (roughly half way down the water).
A64 to Malton, bear left at entrance to bypass, follow road to end and turn left towards Hovingham. Turn right in Amotherby, and proceed to Newsham Bridge.

River Seven.
Right Hand Bank.
Barugh Bridge.
DTW.
From Barugh Bridge downstream for one field (approximately 700 yards).
Approach lower section from, via public footpath from village to footbridge.Left Hand Bank.
DTW.
From Barugh Bridge downstream for approximately 300 yards, then from footbridge to confluence with the River Rye.
Roadside parking.
Directions as for Newsham Bridge (above), but cross River Rye and continue to Great Barugh.

Barton Hill Beck.
Right Hand Bank.
MOW.
From Standing Beck down to Foston Bridge, then from Spital Bridge to one field upstream of the railway, then from Splashwater Bridge to second plantation.
Left Hand Bank.
From Foston Bridge to Spital bridge.
Park neatly at roadside (off A64).
A64 (Scarborough) to the bottom of Whitwell Hill, thence either way up or downstream.
