Burn Road Pond.
MOW
Take the A19 to Selby, turning off onto the A1041 after Selby. The pond is to be found on the right, after passing under the railway.
Please park neatly.

Claxton Pond.
MOW.
Take the A64 (Scarborough), to the right turn for Claxton, and park adjacent to farm (aproximately half a mile). No vehicles to be taken through the gate. Walk through gate, then through two more gates,and follow track, taking left hand side at junction, to the pond. This is a long walk!!. We are trying to negotiate a different entrance to this water, which if successful, will only mean a walk of about 60 yards to the pond. -----------------------------------------------------
Hemingbrough Pond.MOW.
Take the A19 (Selby) to Barlby, turning left onto the A63 to Hemingbrough. Turn right in Hemingbrough, thence diagonal right at the end of the village. Pond is on the left after a right hand bend. Beware of overhead power lines at this venue.
No match fishing.

Laybourne Lakes.
MOW.
This venue comprises three lakes , Marley's (primarily the match lake), Potter's and Brown's, (which may be used for matches).
Marley's and Brown's have a number of pegs specifically for disabled anglers.
Parking. Park to the left of the entry, 'bumpers' to the banking, and leave disabled parking spaces on the right free for our disabled anglers.
Take the A59 (Harrogate) to the Hessay left turnoff, crossing over the railway to the "T" junction in the village. Turn left here to the cottages/bungalows and take the right turn. Follow this to the end of the 'metalled' road, turning left along the track, which leads to the ponds on the left. Reduced speed and care should be taken driving aong this track, due to subsidence. Access is made at the vehicle owners risk.
Additional regulations for Laybourne Lakes. Fishing will be from 07:30 until dusk, (defined as 30 minutes after sunset Hooks, to a maximum of size 12, will be barbless. Groundbait may be used, but a limit of 1 kilogram (dry) is imposed. Baits. Normal baits will be allowed but sweetcorn may only be used as a hookbait. Baits banned. Bread, Boilies, Peanuts, Tiger Nuts, Cat Food, Bloodworm, Joker and floating baits. Keepnets. Match anglers, are to use two keepnets, one for Carp and the other for silver fish (first object of the Amalgamation - preservation of fish). Other Bans. Night fishing and braided lines. "Dip Tanks" are provided for the steralisation of keep and landing nets, and it would be appreciated if these are used as a matter of habit.

Park View Lake.
MOW. NFA.
A64 (Scarborough) to right turn for Sand Hutton (DEFRA Labs). Through Sand Hutton village taking second on the right after the very tight left hand bend into Sand Hutton. Entrance to Lake on the right hand side, approximately three quarters of a mile, through a metal gate. Gate is to be shut after use.
Pegs 9 and 10 (on the concrete block) are for the use of disabled anglers, and should not be 'match-pegged'.

Rawcliffe Lake.
DTW.
This is a 'balancing lake' in the centre of housing estates between Rawcliffe and Clifton Moor. There are various access points around the estates and parking is extremely limited. Great care must be taken when parking, so as not to cause inconvenience of any kind to the local residents.
The "Friends of Rawcliffe Lake", City of York Council and ourselves have a very good working relationship, and the following additional regulations have been agreed for this water. Children under the age of ten shall be accompanied by a responsible adult. No match Fishing. No groundbait. Hooks are to be barbless, or 'microbarbed. No keepnets. Rods limited to two (2) per person, not two per license. No night fishing, (not before 07:00 or after 22:00 hours). Litter. None to be left in the licensed area (5 metres back from the waters edge. No fishing or trespassing in the Nature Reserve areas.

Red House (Moor Monkton) Lagoon.
DTW.
No fishing in the deep water zones (at either end, close to the buildings). Fish only at permanent pegs (1 to 45). Available for match bookings all year (up to 30 pegs), 15 must remain for day ticket purposes. No groundbait, or any other substance allowed. (West Riding drinking water).
A59 (Harrogate) to Moor Monkton crossroads, taking the right turn. Take next right to Red House Estate. Left at estate entrance and follow road to the two car parks (1st Joint with Leeds DASA, second YDAA). Access to lagoon is either over the stile in the corner of the second car park, through the trees and over the steps (brings you to roughly peg 6), or down the track in the other corner, which brings you to the far end of the lagoon.

Sand Hutton Gravel Pits.
MOW.
No fishing during the hours of darkness, (Summer), or between 22:00 hours and 07:00 hours at other times.
A64 (Scarborough) to the Sand Hutton (DEFRA Labs) right turn. Pits are roughly three quarters of a mile down this road on the right. At the moment parking in layby or at roadside.
