School visits The members of the taiko drumming group also now do school visits and workshops for schools to promote taiko drumming and Japanese culture. These can take place as part of a school-wide "Japan Day", within the music department, or even include some language input for pupils as part of a language department activity. We can do mini taster sessions lasting 15-20 mins, hands on workshops of 50 mins - 1 hr, or longer workshops culminating in a mini performance by the pupils.
