Welcome to the York CIU Snooker Leagues. 2011-2012.
 This site is dedicated to the Indoor Games snooker leagues that run throughout York and the surrounding districts. It is run by Pete Mitchell who is the games secretary to the York CIU and you can contact Pete via the e-mail link on the left.
2011-2012 INDOOR GAMES SEASON.
Hi Snooker players, the leagues start on Thursday 8th September 2011 and runs through to Thursday 12th April 2012 with a short break for Christmas and New Year. Hope you will all enjoy the the new season. Good Luck.
To keep Leagues tables up to date please make sure results are sent in within 72 hours of completion of game. Thank You.

THE SEMI-FINALS & FINALS OF THE PAIRS & INDIVIDUALS KNOCKOUT WILL BE HELD AT THE TRAMWAYS WM ON TUESDAY 1st MAY 2012 at 8.00pm.
THE PRESENTATION OF TROPHIES CONCERT WILL BE HELD AT THE POPPLETON ROAD WMC ON TUESDAY 22nd MAY 2012 AT 8.00pm.

How have you found the York CIU Website over the 2011 - 2012 season and have you any ideas on how we can improve the site. Starting in the 2012 - 2013 season all teams must have a Team contact name and telephone number made available so that teams are able to contact a member of an opposing team in the event of such things as cancellation and the rearranging of fixtures throughout the season. Do You think this is a good idea ?
Also any ideas as to where or how these contact names and numbers could be made available to teams.
