Secretary's Report
Wet autumn with over 240 games wiped out by the end of December 2002. This included 55 games called off at the start of the season by clubs.
This meant that at the start of April 2003 there were 167 games to play.
Still an acute shortage of referees.
Discipline seems to have improved slightly, although many clubs have appeared in front of the committee, for a variety of reasons.
