Secretary's Report

Weather has been good but still many games postponed (233).
No Under 17 league.
Discipline - 11 of the 37 clubs were found guilty of some 17 disciplinary charges by their respective County FA's. Most for problems with club officials or spectators. This is one of the prime reasons for the shortage of referees in the League.
