Secretary's Report
278 games postponed (74 by the clubs; 99 lost to cup games and 105 due to the weather). British Sugar plc withdrew their sponsorship to the League after many years (Factory closing in York). Cllubs have benfited over the years (first-aid kits, footballs, etc.) Discipline - reasonably OK last season. Still a shortage of referees in the League. The saddest news was the death of President Ken Bainbridge on 9 May 2007
