Rolling Substitutes
All clubs have been issued with sheets to be issued to referees for all matches.
These effectively are team sheets listing all players and upto 3 substitutes.
Referees will then be able to know the name of all players in case of rolling subs.
In law the referee needs to know the name of any player coming on as a substitute.
As referee, please ask the 2 clubs for the sheets prior to the game. Treat substitutes in the same way as before in law. They msut be made at a stoppage in play and the referee MUST be informed. Do not allow clubs to make substitutions during play and without your knowledge.
